We serve Cincinnati residences; we are unable to serve Northern Kentucky or Indiana Residences. We do our best to respond within 1 hour during normal business hours.

  • Your location (Loveland, Mason, West Chester, etc.)
  • Dog or cat + approximate weight
  • How soon you need help (today, next 1–2 days, this week)
  • Any anxiety, mobility, or safety concerns
  • Aftercare preference (ashes available in 1-3 business days? ashes scattered?)

Small note: If you’re outside of Hamilton, Warren, Butler or Clermont counties, travel fees vary and must be discussed before booking. Please text us first and we’ll confirm availability and fees.

Same-day requests

When our schedule allows, we welcome same-day appointments. The fastest way to confirm is to check availability online, or text us.

If your pet is in immediate distress

If you believe your pet needs emergency care, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital right away. We will support you with next steps as we are able.

We serve select Ohio communities around Greater Cincinnati. We do not serve Northern Kentucky or Indiana.
