What to expect during an in-home appointment
We will guide you through each step. The visit is compassionate, unrushed, and centered on your pet’s comfort and your family’s needs.
The appointment, step by step
Step 1: Arrival and Conversation
We’ll take a few minutes to meet your pet, answer questions, and explain what will happen in plain language.
Step 2: Comfort-Focused Sedation
Sedation helps your pet relax. Many pets become sleepy and comfortable in your arms or on their bed. We step out while your pet is falling asleep surrounded by those they love.
Step 3: When You're Ready
When you tell us you’re ready, we proceed gently and quietly. You can stay with your pet the entire time if you choose.
Step 4: Aftercare and Next Steps
We confirm your aftercare choice and handle everything respectfully.
A dedicated doctor + technician team
Two people attend every appointment — a doctor focused on your pet's medical care and a technician focused on your family's experience. No outside approval is needed, even for evenings or weekends. We handle the process start to finish, so you can focus entirely on your pet.
